Fitness Class: Tai Chi

Dr. Rae Wang joins the SJCC team to bring a Tai Chi class to the our Fitness Class lineup Fridays at 10:30 am. She will lead us in effective exercises for health of mind and body. Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
