Fitness Class: Step Class

Join us for our Step Class led by Nenna live at the J Thursday mornings at 8:30 am and Sunday mornings at 10:30 am. Nenna will lead you in this classic cardio workout. In this class you will step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.
