Fitness Class: Ride to the Challenge

Join us at the J Tuesday morning’s for Ride to the Challenge, a weekly fitness class combining strength + cycling led by SJCC instructor Nenna. She leads us on a new combination work out focusing on strength with some cycling mixed in. This workout will get your heart pumping alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise both and off the bike, with less intense recovery periods.
