Fitness Class: Power Hour – Sunday II

Join us for Power Hour with SJCC instructor Leslie. Live AT THE J Sunday at 9:15 am. This is an intense group training workout that includes intervals of cardio, resistance, and weight training for an efficient and effective full body workout within a 60-minute period.
This class is offered on Tuesday at 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm, Thursday at 5:30 pm, and twice on Sunday mornings at 8:00 and 9:15 am. Details >>
