Join us this #SummerAtTheJ for High Intensity Intervals with SJCC instructor Nikki Lundin. This class is back AT THE J and designed for maximum benefits to aerobic and anaerobic systems. This class is held in the Exercise Studio on Friday’s at 8:45 am.

Registration is no longer required to attend classes at the J. Sorry, no visitors or guests at this time.
