Fitness Class: Dynamic Yoga – Friday

Join SJCC instructor Nenna on Friday at 9 am for our in-person fitness class Dynamic Yoga. This class is meditative and physically challenging. Correct breath control is essential to creating a seamless flow of postures, and Nenna will lead you through them, no matter your yoga experience (from first-timer to expert).
