Fitness Class: Chair Yoga

Join SJCC group fitness instructor Karen Beck every Wednesday at 11 am for this unique fitness class, Chair Yoga. It is suitable for students unable to participate in a traditional yoga class. The class offers a practical alternative, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. This class is offered in person at the J and online via Zoom. You will get a registration confirmation email from Zoom after you register and a reminder email prior to each class for the remainder of the quarter.
