Fitness Class: Body Conditioning with Charles

Join us live from the J for a special Body Conditioning with Charles on Tuesday, Sept. 26 at 8:30 am.
Body Conditioning is a multi-level full-body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to contain challenging exercises that will increase strength, decrease body fat, and improve overall conditioning.
