Join us at the J’s indoor pool every week day – Monday (9 am), Tuesday (12:30 pm), Wednesday (8:45 am), Thursday (12:30 pm) and Friday (9 am) for our AquaFit class led by our fitness staff. Aqua Fit is a heart-pumping workout with no added impact on your joints.
