Fitness Class: Cycle + Strength

An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Monday, repeating until May 29, 2022
Join us AT THE J Monday morning for our Cycle + Strength class led by SJCC instructor Deanna. She leads us on a new combination work out focusing on strength with some cycling mixed in. This workout will get your heart pumping alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise both and off the bike, with less intense recovery periods.
