Fitness Class: Complete Fitness for 50+

An event every week that begins at 7:45 am on Friday, repeating until March 31, 2023
Join us Friday morning (7:45 am) for our senior-focused fitness class, Complete Fitness for 50+. Offered in person at the J, this class provides a variety of trainings from “stations” to aerobics, to strengthening and stretching and balance. Heavy on the fun and mental engagement. Can include floor, fitness room, gym or outdoors. Class usually includes music.
