Hybrid Fitness Class: Bootcamp

SJCC instructor Nenna Bailey leads our hybrid fitness class Bootcamp every Wednesday at 8:30 am. This fun and energetic workout is offered both in person at the J or online from your own home. Work at your own pace with modifiable exercises that challenge your cardiovascular system and muscle strength.
Enjoy this class both at the J with friends or streamed live via Zoom wherever you might be.

Online classes are available to our members only. Classes are broadcast through Zoom. You will be asked to register on Zoom once per quarter for this class. You will get a registration confirmation email from Zoom after you register and a reminder email prior to each class for the remainder of the quarter. Online Registration: This registration is good from Jan. 1 – Apr. 30, 2023.
