Fitness Class: Bootcamp + HIIT + Tabata – 9 am

Join SJCC fitness instructor Alice live at the J Saturday mornings for Bootcamp + HIIT + Tabata. This class accommodates all skill sets and fitness levels. Focus is on high intensity exercises targeting strength, cardio, balance and core. This is an all over body workout utilizing a variety of weights, equipment, body weight, and sheer will. Guaranteed to make you sweat and have fun.
