Fitness Class: Aqua Fit

Join us at the J’s indoor pool Monday (9 am), Tuesday (12:30 pm), Wednesday (9 am) and Friday (9 am) for our AquaFit class led by our fitness staff. Aqua Fit is a heart-pumping workout with no added impact on your joints. The pool is also available for Independent AquaFit (no instructor and on your own) Thursday (12:30 pm).
