SJCC offers a number of swim workouts for adults ages 18 and up.
Our classes focus on stroke technique, endurance, and overall swim fitness. Classes vary from intermediate to advanced. Swimming is an excellent workout for people of all ages, with no added impact on your joints.

Noon Flow Motion FITT Boot Camp
1 pm Flow Motion FITT Yoga
Flow Motion is a new modality of cross-training. With every movement on the inflatable mat, you will experience a total body balance challenge. Dress comfortably, bath suits or moisture-repellent clothing encouraged.

Swim workouts that focus on stroke technique, endurance, and overall swim fitness. Prerequisite: All participants must be able to swim at least 100 yards crawl stroke and have basic knowledge of back stroke and breast stroke.
Mondays and Thursdays, 11:15 a.m.
This aquatic exercise class offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required.
Mondays and Wednesdays, 9-10 a.m.
This heart-pumping workout in the pool exercises your entire body with no added impact on your joints. Intermediate to advanced.
