Financial Assistance

The Stroum Jewish Community Center is pleased to offer financial assistance to pay for the following program fees: Early Childhood School tuition, Kidstown, J Camp, and membership.


Eligibility to apply for financial assistance is based on family income level as shown below:

(for example, single adult applying for membership assistance)

(for example, single adult and child applying for ECS)
3 people
(for example, two parents and one child)
4 people $85,600
5 people $92,480
6 people $99,280
7 people $106,160
8 people $112,960

Application: General/J Camp

The form will guide you through the calculation of household income and requires the provision of information on household expenses, assets, and liabilities. Please attach your 2018 income tax return when you submit your application.

For Families Applying for ECS Tuition Assistance

Families submitting application for Early Childhood School tuition assistance on or before April 1 will be notified about the results of their application in early May. Applications received by the SJCC after April 1 will be evaluated on a monthly basis based on the availability of funds. Applicant families will be notified by the middle of the month following the month they submit their applications.
