SJCC COVID-19 Incident Tracking

With the recent surge of COVID-19 in the region, the SJCC will now be publishing a running report reflecting COVID-19 incidents directly affecting the SJCC community. Each incident will be listed with date and impact information, beginning July 1, 2021. Additional questions can be directed to danaw@sjcc.org.

Incidents listed here only pertain to situations in which infected people were at the SJCC during a time of potential contagiousness. The SJCC is regularly notified of cases in which infected and/or exposed individuals find out of their potential risk to others and who therefore do not visit the SJCC until safe to do so. These incidents are not reflected here.

Please note that for every incident, individuals who were identified as close contacts—as defined by the CDC—have been contacted and informed of the date of the possible exposure and corresponding protocol(s), as directed by Public Health – Seattle & King County, the WA state Department of Public Health and/or the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Guidance may vary based on one’s vaccination status. Additionally, as many SJCC programs operate under the childcare regulations, information and guidance provided by the SJCC may vary by incident and audience affected.
