Program Registration

Here are some guides for using the J’s online registration system.

Sign Up for a Summer Membership

Remember: If you want member rates on SJCC Summer Camp, you must sign up for a membership BEFORE you register for camp. Follow the steps below to sign up for a Summer Membership or fill out this application for a year-round membership.

1. Click here to bring up the membership page.
2. Click By Category.
3. Click the box for Summer and click Next.
4. Select the membership category you want, either family or single adult.
5. Click Submit.

 

Registering for SJCC Summer Camp

Remember: if you want member rates on camp, you must sign up for a membership BEFORE you register for camp. Either click here to fill out the membership application, or if you want to join just for the summer, follow these instructions.

1. Click the Register Now button on whichever camp you’re interested in.
2. Click on the Availability (+) to see class details.
3. Select the week/session you want to register for and click Add to Cart.
4. To register for additional weeks/sessions within the same camp, add them to your cart.
5. If you want to register for a different camp, you can click the Back button.
6. Search either by keyword or category
7. Repeat process of adding camp to your cart.
8. When you’re ready to check out, click Go to Cart
9. You’ll be prompted to sign in. Follow login instructions below.
10. When you sign in you’ll have to select the participant you’re registering for each camp in your cart and answer any applicable questions.
11. Click Next to continue to payment page.

Registering for Non-Camp Programs

1. Click the Register Now button on whichever camp you’re interested in.
2. Click on the Availability (+) to see class details.
3. Select the week/session you want to register for and click Add to Cart.
4. To register for additional weeks/sessions within the same camp, add them to your cart.
5. If you want to register for a different camp, you can click the Back button.
6. Search either by keyword or category
7. Repeat process of adding camp to your cart.
8. When you’re ready to check out, click Go to Cart
9. You’ll be prompted to sign in. Follow login instructions below.
10. When you sign in you’ll have to select the participant you’re registering for each camp in your cart and answer any applicable questions.
11. Click Next to continue to payment page.

Login Instructions

To Log on to the Hub for the first time or retrieve login information:

1. Click on the login button below, then choose Forgot your login?
2. Enter your email address and click Search. The email MUST match the email address we have on file for you. If you don’t remember, contact SJCC Registrar Beth Rosen at BethR@sjcc.org or 206-388-1995.
3. If the system finds a match, it will email your login ID and a link to reset your password. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive the email from the system.
4. Create and confirm your new password.
5. Once new password is confirmed click Continue.
6. Put your login in the field marked Username and sign in with your new password.
7. Follow instructions above to find the camp or program you want to register /for.

If you’ve NEVER registered for camp, programs, or classes: Create a New Nonmember Account

1. Click on Create a New Account.
2. Enter your email and click Search.
3. Add your phone number and click Search.
4. Create your new account and click Finish.
5. Follow instructions above to find the camp or program you want to register for.
