Children will experience the foundations of ballet for beautiful lines and strength in their dancing but we won’t stop there. Jazz technique will prepare the dancers with their eyes on the musical theatre stage while also bringing in the fun of popular music and dance steps, with a few classics thrown in for good measure. The Charleston, anyone? And since it’s Jamie teaching, of course there will still be activities that let children create their own fabulous dances.

Shaolin White Dragon Kung Fu Pai Lum Chuan Po
This is the authentic family style of the late Grand Master Daniel K. Dai. The emphasis is on hard training with strong body balance. We concentrate on making the student strong enough so he or she is able to break through anything with his body first, and then his fist. Stance training is first, then postures, and finally technique. There are no shortcuts. We build the warrior from the ground up. Inner strength training begins at the very first class, teaching the importance of a strong mental discipline through the practice of respect for others, good manners, good conduct and leadership skills. Stand like a mountain, move like the wind, be as quiet as a forest, and be as fierce as fire!
