The Beat Cardiac Rehabilitation

 

The Beat is an all-inclusive cardiac prevention and rehabilitation program that assists the participants in reaching optimal physical and emotional health while preventing the progression of heart disease. The program meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30 a.m. or 11 a.m.

The Beat is a safe, supervised exercise program with registered nurses and/or exercise physiologists on staff at all times. It provides progressive exercise, stress reduction, social support, lifestyle education, and individual reviews. We work closely with your physician to ensure the most optimal program for success!

Who should join The Beat?
Anyone who has experienced a cardiac problem, and/or has one or more risk factors for heart disease.

Join The Beat Cardiac Rehab Program for a special price.
We offer three ways to join The Beat:
Member rate of $50/month plus $60/month membership fee
$50/month plus your Silver Sneakers membership fee
$95/month plus one time Basic membership fee of $65

This exercise is an all inclusive cardiac prevention and rehabilitation program supervised by a registered nurse.
