The SJCC Welcomes Mercer Island CrossFit!

Now is the time to start training for summer events: triathlons, 5K's, marathons and long rides to Portland, or even just putting that swimsuit on again. MI CrossFit offers functional movements performed at high that will result in evidence based fitness. Our program is universally scalable for every fitness level, beginner to advanced. Try it; measurable results are guaranteed.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of elite and professional athletes worldwide. The owners of Stoneway CrossFit have now opened Mercer Island CrossFit at the SJCC facility.

Coach Corey and Coach Scott are starting with the foundations series of the program. Learning fundamental movements: squat, overhead squat, front squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, medicine ball cleans, and sumo deadlift high will be the goal of this introductory series. If you don't know what these exercises are, come to a class and find out!

Class Schedule
Mondays and Wednesdays: 6 a.m., 11 a.m., 5 p.m.
Fridays: 6 a.m., 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Member Prices
1 class per week: $60/month
2 classes per week: $90/month
3 classes per week: $150/month

Non-Member Prices
1 class per week: $80/month
2 classes per week: $120/month
3 classes per week: $150/month
