Our personal trainers are fitness experts who can help you achieve your fitness goals – whether you’re a regular exerciser who just needs someone to help you stay on track or you’re getting into it for the first time, we have a trainer that’s right for you. We have trainers who specialize in teen and senior fitness, chronic pain management, marathon training, post-pregnancy, just getting back into shape, and everything in between.

Specializes in working with: Force production (power lifting), stabilization and neuro-muscular connection, strength and stamina, corrective exercise, sports training/conditioning, weight loss, muscle hypertrophy, high intensity interval training, NASM’s Optimum Performance Training, and teens.

Specializes in working with: Senior clients/SilverSneakers™, functional fitness training, improving balance and posture, and intentional human movement for optimal body awareness.
