Gym Schedule

The J offers a variety of group fitness classes for every fitness level.

Click on a date in the calendar below to see the day’s fitness classes.

Please note, in order to serve you better, we will begin using the MINDBODY reservation system for cycling, Pilates, and Total Body Conditioning classes, as well as racquetball court reservations. Reserve your spot in one of these classes now. These classes are all still free for SJCC members, your registration simply reserves your spot. Learn more about our reservation policies.

Gym Hours
Monday – Thursday: 5 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Friday: 5 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday:  8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
