Exercise on our state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment in our 2,000 square-foot Fitness Center. At the J, you can work toward your personal fitness goals with one of our highly qualified personal trainers, join a sports league, drop in to the gym for a pick-up game of basketball, or register your kids for our popular athletic classes.

Group Fitness Classes

We offer more than 40 group fitness classes, included with membership. From tai chi and yoga to Pilates and boot camp, we have classes for all ages and abilities.

Interested in making a tremendous improvement in your fitness level? Our personal training staff can provide you with the instruction and motivation necessary to reach your fitness goals. Train privately or with a partner. Available for ages 13 and up.

Sports Leagues

The J offers several sports leagues for adults and kids. From men’s basketball to co-ed softball, there’s something for everyone. Kids leagues include Dinky Dunkers and 4th-5th grade basketball.
